Shipping & Logistics: The Hub Protocol

The Brief

We operate our Halifax hub with a focus on speed and transparency. Every order is inspected and packed by our team—not a generic fulfillment center—to ensure your gear is trail-ready the moment it arrives. We ship 7 days a week because the trail doesn't close on weekends.


01. Fulfillment Timeline

7-Day Processing: We pack and ship Monday through Sunday. Orders are typically handed to carriers within 24 hours.

No Weekend Delay: If you order on a Saturday, we’re in the shop getting it ready for the next available pickup.

Status Updates: You’ll receive a notification the second your gear hits the staging dock.

02. Transit Rates (Canada Only)

We ship exclusively within Canada to ensure reliable service and zero customs friction. All standard orders include full tracking.

03. The "Small Goods" Exception

To keep costs at zero for you, specific thin or lightweight items (like decals, thin repair kits, or small accessories) are marked with Free Shipping. * The "So What?": These items are sent via regular Lettermail to save you the $15 shipping fee. This method does not include tracking. * Need it faster? If you require tracking or insurance for these specific items, please select the Standard Ground tier at checkout.

04. Local Pickup (Halifax Hub)

Skip the transit time and come say hi. Residents of the HRM can select Local Pickup at checkout.

Cost: $0.

Ready Time: Usually within 4 hours during business operations.

The Rule: Please wait for your "Ready for Pickup" email before heading to the shop.

As a small-scale Halifax operation, we prioritize accuracy over volume. If there is a delay due to Atlantic weather or inventory discrepancies, we will contact you directly within 24 hours. No automated bots—just the team at the shop.
