A very short but notoriously steep hike located near the Margaree Valley. While the first half is a standard walk through the woods, the final descent to the valley floor is a steep, technical scramble. Hikers must use a series of pre-tied ropes strung between the trees to safely lower themselves down the dirt embankment. The reward at the bottom is one of the widest and most picturesque waterfalls in Nova Scotia.
