Payment Requirements & Instructions
- All online orders must be paid in full before shipping.
- Orders for in-store pickup can be paid in advance or upon pickup.
- Klarna payments are subject to Klarna’s terms and approval process.
Shipping Information
Shipping Rates
- Free shipping within Canada on orders over $150.
- Flat rate $15 shipping for orders under $150.
- Some items ship for free regardless of order total—these will be clearly marked.
Shipping Areas
- We ship within Canada only, with very limited exceptions.

Order Processing & Delivery Times
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days.
Returns, Exchanges & Lost Packages
Return & Exchange Policy
- We accept unused, unworn items in their original condition with tags attached within 60 days of purchase.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage.
- If your package is lost in transit, reach out, and we’ll assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
